About Dunglen Labradors

Our Story

Dunglen Labradors are located in Sunny Corner N.S.W. a beautiful rural village surrounded by forest.

We are a boutique kennel specializing in Chocolate Labradors.

I started as a dog breeder in 2020 with our first Chocolate Labrador Lenore (Lilly) She was our first connection to the Labrador breed and our love of the breed came from her.

We began researching prospective stud dogs and our connection with Ray & Suzi Attard of Lacote Labradors began, Lacote Bella and Lacote Bob have joined our family and I am grateful to Ray and Suzi for entrusting them to us.

We feel very privileged to have dogs with such impressive pedigrees to continue our breeding journey with.

Dunglen Labradors was built on a simple belief, every family deserves a loyal, healthy, and loving companion.

What started as a small passion for Labradors has grown into a trusted breeding kennel where each puppy is raised with care, patience, and genuine love.

We focus on giving every puppy the best possible start, socialisation, comfort, proper nutrition, and a nurturing environment that makes them confident and joyful.

A Commitment to Quality & Love

At Dunglen Labradors, breeding isn’t just a process. It’s a responsibility.

We want every family to experience the joy of raising a loyal Labrador that grows into a confident, gentle, and loving companion.

From the moment our puppies open their eyes to the day they join your family, we are there to guide their growth with kindness and expertise.

Thank you for choosing Dunglen Labradors. We’re honored to help you find your next best friend and lifelong companion.

All our puppies come with a “How to Raise a Labrador” puppy Manual.  This aims to support you in successfully rearing your puppy, especially in the all important socialization phase from 8 to 16 weeks. To help you have the best puppy you can have we start the following:

  • Potty Training:  Puppies have a natural instinct to toilet outside, so how they are reared can make potty training for their new owners easier. If puppies are reared without access to outside or a clear toilet area they soon lose the instinct and become more difficult to potty train.

  • Personality Matching puppies to best fit their owners. Personality Matching involves completing an Owner Questionnaire so we decide what temperament puppy would suit you best. When the pups are coming up to 7 weeks old we do 8 personality tests with them. The results from these tests give us a score which reveals their personality. This allows us to match owners with their best fit puppy, this ensures that inexperienced owners or those with very small children don,t end up with a boisterous, high energy dog

  • Money back lifetime guarantee against life-threating inherited disease.

  • Crate and chew toy conditioning. This is a additional rearing enhancement puppy’s  are happy to sleep in a crate ( which makes crate training easier) and amuse themselves with chew toys.
